Hi im due to start week 6 but am currently on holiday for a week.
I had planned to.try and run here but from what im seeing im going to struggle. Will it set me back if i miss a week? Do i carry on with week 6 when im back or do week 5 again?

I had a similar problem and found it easier to do the previous week again, jumping straight back into the next week can be difficult. Good luck
Carry on...we don't lose fitness that easily...slow and steady when you head on..just relax into the runs.
I ended up having 10 rest days between W3 and W4, was no problem. I'd give it a go, if you've completed W5 I reckon you've built up the necessary stamina. Just done W6R1 myself
