Hi im due to start week 6 but am currently on holiday for a week.

I had planned to.try and run here but from what im seeing im going to struggle. Will it set me back if i miss a week? Do i carry on with week 6 when im back or do week 5 again?

I had a similar problem and found it easier to do the previous week again, jumping straight back into the next week can be difficult. Good luck :)

Carry on...we don't lose fitness that easily...slow and steady when you head on..just relax into the runs.

Give week 6 a try - what have you got to lose?

Enjoy your holiday in the meantime!

I ended up having 10 rest days between W3 and W4, was no problem. I'd give it a go, if you've completed W5 I reckon you've built up the necessary stamina. Just done W6R1 myself :)
