Was gaining some awesome momentum and got to week 5 struggled then fell sick or maybe was heading for something hence the poor attempts at week 5. Anyhoo am back and instead of diving in head forst I'm doing a run from each week every other day til I get back to where I was last thing I need is an ego giving me a massive setback. I learnt that through weight training you have to keep ypur ego in check.
