Rain!

I ran on Boxing Day and only managed a measly 15 minutes before my legs were empty - not so great and most likely due to the excess of food and alcohol the day before. Anyway.........I ran this morning for my usual full 30 minutes.....for the first time ever I ran in the rain and I loved it. who knew?

So far I've managed to avoid running in the rain. Hate cold water down the back of my neck. You haven't sold it yet!

i ran in the rain for the first time last week..its surprisingly refreshing and great to know that no weather prohibits running..expect maybe ice! eek!

I agree: it’s hard to go out of the door in the rain, but the few times I’ve been out and it’s started it’s been welcome! Never had it down the back of my neck...!
