Wk 7 run 2 was the closest I have ever come to enjoyable !!! You had all already boosted me after my previous difficult run. This morning woke up 15 degrees and rain. Went off dressed as I do when it's very hot here. First few minutes I was freezing then I warmed up and was soaking wet and not too hot. It was like having an air conditioning system. This is the closest I have ever come to enjoying a run !!! Not sure actually how long I ran because had a stopwatch issue. Looked at 15 minutes and the next time I looked it was off.. so I guessed how much longer. It was 25 minutes give or take !!! Happy 😊

Yeah a dropof rain, or even a deluge, is lovely and refreshing. As long as it's warm out. When it's cold out it's sommat else 😁

Hat and /or a hooded lightweight run jacket would be handy. Cheap as chips 👍

Close to enjoyable is good. With portable aircon, well done for carrying on despite the tech issue, which is always a bit irritating when it happens.

Lovely.... as my husband used to tell me, when you are wet you are wet. He usually offered this encouragement from the comfort of the bed, whilst I headed out into the winter mornings!!!!
