Oops. Due to run tomorrow morning and I have drunk surplus whisky and eaten surplus cheese... don’t think this was in Michael Johnson’s training schedule 😬

No, drinking whisky and chunks of cheese is not part of the C25K training schedule, I would postpone that run for 48 hours until you sober up.

My 3 sons- in-law and I started drinking cask strength whisky (58%) last night whilst playing “Articulate” against my wife and 3 daughters- we were winning at the half way point then gradually ground to a standstill 😂. However, I still managed to do W8R2 this morning so you may surprise yourself! I was somewhat motivated by 3 moany grandbabies in the house though. Btw - I drank lots of squash this morning to keep hydrated 😁

If it’s an outside run, go for it - the fresh air will help, if it’s treadmill, forget it (or be prepared to clear up!) good luck!!!!!

Go for it - I did the same yesterday, 6 new personal bests today according to Strava (5k, 2 mile, 1 mile, 1k, 0.5 mile and 400m) :) :)

Wow! That’s very impressive. Absolutely no chance of breaking any (good) records with my run, but I got through it :)
