Ok so I know I won't melt in the horrible weather that is due tomorrow and I completed w4r3 rain 💦hail ☔️snow ❄️& wind ...but it is so bloody cold 💨and I'm not missing my run 🏃🏃😡😡😡!! Just like to tell Barra Best it's May !!!!

So, the warm up walk may need to be at a slightly faster pace than normal to avoid freezing, but think how toasty warm you will feel after the exertion of the run , while the rest of us are still shivering!

I hear you though! I was enjoying the spring weather - can we have it back, please?

I have the opposite problem here in Cyprus. The weather during the day is regularly topping 30 degrees, so running is becoming harder in the heat. I am having to run just before it goes dark so i am not a totally sweaty mess when i get home. :)

I've bottled out of my run this morning! We've had torrential rain and gusting winds here in Hampshire today and I can't face W5R1 in these conditions!! Hoping it will clear up this afternoon and I'll go out later ... [I know, I'm a wimp!]

Well must of sent the rain to us cause it hasn't stop but I done the run at 09:45 thank god W5R1 ticked 😜

Sun has now come out and the wind has dropped so hoping go get out this evening. ..wish me luck!
