Goal to get for healthy and reach my goal weight and to loose 5 stone been talking about this for the last 10 years I manage to lose 2 stone bit put back on the weight I lost. I'm 53 and want to feel well and strong more about health than vanity although I would love to feel happy in my own skin.No more procrastinating start on 1st January aim for my birthday to be on target 🎯 used to run and do yoga so will pick up the positive habits again

You can do it - I’m on week 5 having completed run 2 yesterday. I’ve lost 2 and half stone in combination with slimming world and feel amazing! Good luck

Yes, you can do it! I made a goal to lose 3 and a half stone and to run 5k for Christmas. I'm not quite there yet. Lost 3 stone at slimming world and can run for 25 minutes. Life sometimes gets in the way, but you just keep on and don't give up. Love the way I look and feel. I'm fitter and slimmer than I've been for a very long time. I'm 63 and hated all sport at school. If I can do it, you can do it. It is so worth it. Download the couch to 5k app and join slimming world. Best of luck, but you won't need it. It will happen!!!

Another vote of confidence from me, Goal874...you can do it, all you have to do is be positive and stick to the plan. I tied it in with my weight loss program and it has certainly helped me lose 2st 2lbs ( I really do need to change my name to Andy12st7lbs )

The plan really does work, I've gone from hardly being able to run 9 weeks ago to now being able to run for over 30 minutes without stopping.

Go for it!!!
