9 runs ago i thought about it being a future goal but also thinking "there is no way im gonna beat that!" but yea the conditions where good, if it was sweltering like last weeks i dont think i would have even got close. but yea top tip always have a massive chinese or indian takeaway the night before, i always seem to get a PB when that happens haha! :D

so whats next.. probably the next major goal is to see 15 stone appear on the scales, slowly getting there.

well technically it was our evening meal but i like to think that the extra carbs help the next day ;)
