First 28 min in the bag 😅finally worked out how to track a treadmill run on the Fitbit. Almost 3k so a way off 5k which was a little disappointing but sensible son says to only focus on 1 thing so first goal is to finish C25K which will be done next week. Second goal is to keep at the 30 minute runs for January on the treadmill and then goal 3 is to try and get back out on the road in February and we will see how the distance goes from there. Sound like a good plan???

Sounds like a very sensible son to me... 30 minutes running is a life changer... 5k isn’t as such. Work in speed later if you want to, just become a fitter and healthier you first. Great running.
And yes, the plan is great, because it’s your plan and thus ideal for you... and spring is a great time to put more work in.
