Well this morning I did run 1 of week 8
Never in a million years did I think I would be able to run for 28 mins non stop
Just need to start diet in New Year and combine the two together as I haven’t lost 1lb just running 🤔

I’m supposed to be starting W8, but I’m finding that I’m literally done in at 25m. How do you find the energy for the extra 3mins?
Well done you, such a great feeling. Like you I never ever thought I'd be jogging for 30 mins. I've just done my first week of full 30 mins jig after finishing the couch 5k course, now to keep it up
