W6R3 in the bag

I can’t believe I have just run for 25 minutes. A few weeks ago I was demoralised as I was out of breath and gasping for air. Now I have my breathing under control and have found a pace that suits me. I’m not fast but I’ve got the job done. So don’t feel demoralised. We all hit walls along the way but just keep it up and believe in yourself and you’ll do it too.

Yay! That run was such a proud moment for me too. These milestones matter enormously. I think of everyone here when I am pushing for the next one. Thanks for sharing your experiences.

Great job... we should all run the same pace, it’s different for us all but it’s called comfortable. Very well done finding yours... even if you push for pace later in your running journey, comfortable is the pace you will take most (80-85%) of your runs at. Enjoy week 7
