I completed C25K on 30 November and was doing consolidation runs in a lead up to doing a 5K ParkRun on Saturday past, which I am glad to say I completed with a couple of friends and was well impressed with myself.

Today I set out to see how long it would take me to do it on my own. So I went back to my old railway track. I ran 5K today in 37.23 which was 1:08 better than Saturday's run.

Only just congratulated you on the first, and it’s already time to congratulate you on a new PB! Well done... no more congratulations from me until at least Wednesday though 😂

Happy running.

😂I didn't have a chance to write my report on Saturday as it was a very full weekend. That's why I posted twice today 😂

Don't worry I left Sunday between my runs and wont be running until Wednesday.

Getting out there over the next few weeks is going to be a challenge in itself. Busy time of year for a church organist 😂🤣

Well, you can play with your organ on rest days it’s low impact 😂

Some mighty fine running you’ve done, and extra rest over the Christmas period will only refresh you.
