Just finished week 9 run 3. First cool night in awhile so I pushed it a few extra minutes and ended on a 5 k as well. Thanks everyone - these forums and the encouragement have been great. A big thank you to Laura - whoever she is :)

Congratulations on such a massive achievement and well done on getting to 5k; brilliant. So what do you plan to do next?!?!

Thanks! I'm signed up for a 5k race in October, so I'd like to do more hills to make the flat race seem easier. And I would really like to throw some more walk run intervals in so I can take the mutts again. It's been to hot for them to run and I'd hate to take them on a 5k without building up to it again.

Wow! Congratulations & well done. I'm just starting this - been putting it off for longer than 9 weeks. Your post shows me how stupid I've been. I should have just got on with it. You've inspired me to start today & not tommorrow - as usual...... Thank you.

Thanks! It really is a success every time you get out that door. It's amazing how far you can come in such a short amount of time - and develop a love of running. Who would have thought? I look forward to seeing you on these forms.

Huge congratulations runningwithdogs - don't forget to get your badge! An extra special congratulations on making the 5K which I'm sure makes it all the sweeter... enjoy the post-graduation glow! You've earned it...

It keeps getting better by the way... Keep it up!

So now the running adventure continues. What's next for you then. C25k+ podcasts with Laura would be a good first step. You can download the podcasts from there
