The 3rd run was last nifht and I found it very easy. Especially since I seemed to have sussed tge best pace etc on the treadmill. The way I am doing this is I set myself up for a win. As then that way I won't deter from my plan to be doing parkruns by the end of January. Pace will never be a concern for me as its not about pbs for me its just about maling sure I can complete the task I've given myself. Which is to be able to run the gnr next year. I'm losing weight again aswell which is awesome. Im 5lbs down in 3 weeks.
