Congratulations BCK on another presentation of your version of Bing Crosby's White 🤶Christmas, excellent. The problem at this time of the year is that people who have lost weight during the year, whether dieting, exercising, or completing C25K, etc, but with all the extra food around at this time of the year, parties etc, they can gain weight quickly again without realising it.
I am a little lucky in that there is a limit on what I can eat, my weight has remained fairly steady at around 67 kilos / 10st 5lbs over the last few years, since I started C25K and graduated I have only lost a few lbs. It does amaze me that there are some people who started C25K at 20 stone and graduated at 15 stone, well done to them. 😊
You’re right, AlMorr - the programme itself wouldn’t do that: it takes a great deal of discipline and constant healthy choices.
That;s another great one and a real ear worm! ... The question is.. dare I post one now..? I have got a class act to follow
