Since Christmas 2017 I’ve lost 3.5 stone walking and healthy eating . It’s not been easy but wow I’m enjoying it . Scaled mount Snowdon now I’m aiming to do couch to 5k . Never thought I would get this fit again after breaking my legs and packing in football . 👣🏃🏼‍♂️

Welcome... Snowdon is on my list, wife can get the train up there.

You should enjoy this plan, slow and steady is the early rule.

I lost weight starting with walking and healthy eating. It’s not surprising the weight comes off is it 😃. I borrowed a dog 🐕 and never looked back. We still walk each other 8 years on. Nearly five stones lighter 💪👍😃

My husband had to pack in footy years ago due to back and hip probs. He had spinal surgery and gave up on ever doing it again. Now he’s back though. He started doing walking football and he’s getting there. He’s done week one of C25k too

Being lighter makes life so much easier. I feel 100% better, do you? 🙂
