Oh I do, do, do love running around other peopleโs Christmas lights. ๐
Last night I was really tired, (crazy busy at work, not much sleep๐), so I trundled gently to a nearby area of housing with lots of cul-de-sacs and ran in and out of them enjoying the twinkling reindeer & many shimmering bushes & trees all shaking in the wind. That, along with a random selection of film music & jazz kept me going beautifully. ๐ It looked a bit strange on Mapmyrun - like wonky sprouts on a stalk๐.

Lovely, I run early morning so no one has their lights on. I run round an oval shaped private road so know what you mean about the wonky line ๐คฃ๐โโ๏ธ๐คฃ๐โโ๏ธ
I only run in daylight but did smile at a lovely nativity scene outside someones house, the adult figures about 2 feet high. I felt a bit sorry for them in the pouring rain, feeling they needed a shelter ( maybe a stable if there was no room at the inn๐).
I'm one of those who normally tut-tuts about people putting their lights up too early. But when I've been out running in the dark and the rain these last few weeks, I have to say I've been wishing people would get some lights up to cheer the place up. (Can't please me either way, can you!)
Oooh what festive fun ๐๐๐โโ๏ธ I love this ๐. I run up Knob Hill, where the posh folk live. Wait til itโs dark and then run down the road oohing and aaaaghing at the lovely bay window displays. Thanks goodness for Keeping -up-with-the-Jonesโ type folks ๐๐. They do put a lovely free show on. Merry Christmas one anโ all ๐
