Moonlight & New Running Lights

What a fab run / walk it was tonight - Day 2 of week 3. The moon was almost full & looked absolutely beautiful & my usually dark run was lit up by the moon & the new running lights on my shoes. Solo run tonight as 1st born had an early shift & went after work this afternoon. Running is definitely getting easier and the dreaded 3 minute run passed quickly. Absolutely loving the program

fellow runners at work showed me theirs before Christmas & I was hooked so I wanted some. Ordered them 10 days ago & they arrived today, excited wasn't the word lol

Sounds like a lovely run. I confess I didn't notice the moon tonight, but I did have LED shoelaces to light my feet (even if one only decided to work in the final couple of minutes!)

I keep seeing these shoe lights and feeling quite envious. Might have to get me some - after all, there's no such thing as being too safe!

LED Shoelaces sound fab I got the lights because part of the cycle path I run is unlit & I kept losing sight of my daughter & even though we wear hi viz thought the lights would be an extra safety precaution.

I have a running torch from Decathlon which is great - a chest version of a head torch, with flashing red light on the back too. Great for being visible *and* seeing where I'm going I do also have led armbands but couldn't find them tonight

first time the moon has been full since I started the program & it was a clear night. Absolutely fabulous on the run back to see it

Loving the lights. A full moon sounds lovely , it's too wet and cloudy in Manchester to see much . I had a quick run in the drizzle

It was a fantastic moon last night wasn't it, I saw it setting as I went out this morning, still looked fab. Well done on going out solo, keep it up
