Hi everyone

Im needing to get some reglective things but not sure what. I do quite a lot of my running in the dark and currently feel very dark and unseen. Googled but there seems a lot - some reflective, some actual lights, some part of the clothing, would anyone have any recommendations? Thanks 😀

High viz vest or sash...flashing belts..head torch..there are attachments for your running shoes too..

Or..if you are Puffin-Billy ..wrap Christmas tree lights around you !!!

Ooh, don't get me started! I have been likened to a Christmas tree when I have all me night garb on 😁🎄 I have a fluorescent yellow long sleeve top (cheap from Sports Direct) and a reflective running jacket (Time to Run on Amazon, also cheap!), two LED armbands (about £4 on eBay), two lights that clip onto the back of my shoes (also eBay) and a couple of cheap clip-on silicon cycle lights! 🌟🌟 You can get head torches too but I don't really need one. Careful, once you start buying hi-viz and lights it can get addictive! 😁

I have a chest harness from Amazon, flashing light or still and a red light on the back, very pleased with it.

I use a runners torch which sits over your shoulders... front light is on your chest then there is a red triangle light on your back... rechargeable... brilliant for night running and not expensive.. check on amazon
