Just did my local athletic club 5K route in 42mins including 5 min walk at the beginning. And graduated couch to 5K!! It wasn’t fast or pretty but I bloody did it! Ran for over 37mins as was determined to hear MapMyRun finally say 5K for the first time! Amazing- I’m 50, overweight and despite being sporty have never been a ‘runner’. Loving it. Onwards to getting a bit quicker now...
