So today for my graduation run I battled the wind and snow to run my local Parkrun. A friend from work surprised me and came with me to keep me focused on the run. And I did it!!! Ran the entire 5k in 37.36 minutes and can honestly say I've never felt prouder. 10 weeks in total to go from couch to 5k!!! And now I've got the bug, next week's Parkrun already in my weeks schedule!!! I'm off to buy my graduation t-shirt!!!

Yes, I can empathise.🤔Well as much as Grumpy Grampy can.🤔😂😂

I am pleased I looked at your first post and finding the NHS One You/ HealthUnlocked C25k community and choice of all the podcasts and coaches.👍

What good fortune.🤔 The running gods are with you.💫

No offence USA🙈, from someone who used and loves Michael Johnson.Always exceptions and allowances.🙈😂😂😂

Yes that’s a gem, week 9 and cloud 9.🌟👏👏😂😂

Yes the first few weeks with the "awesome" and app crashing nearly sent me loopy!! Jo certainly made a pleasant change!!! The post grad Podcasts will see me through the next stage before I'm ready to go it alone with just my music to keep me focused.

I love the ParkRun! Can’t wait til I can actually do it all running. I just incorporate one of my weekly runs in it at the mo. Well done! Great work 👌🏽

I am planning on sticking to my local one twice a month at least and then doing a few tourist parkruns along the way!!! Everyone was so friendly and all the cheering along the way gave me such a boost!! I'm so glad I chose it for my graduation run. I was AMAZED I ran the entire way but I must say my marathon running co-runner certainly helped my mindset and motivation.
