600K+ completed C25K runs, they must be doing something right.
Also an update on the Missus, she was great especially with a massive chesty cough. I don’t know how she did it, I would have been in bed, lol. Female resilience.

There are numerous couch to 5k type plans; this one is tried and tested and carefully worked out, and it works! So stick with whichever plan you have chosen ( ie, this one) rather than trying to ' improve it' 👍. I used Laura ( podcast) and she does mention the cool down walk after each run, and gives a number of other time checks, so maybe check yours is loaded properly.
