So I’ve come down with a really bad cold and just about to start week 7. Bit gutted because I was in the flow and was surprising myself every time I ran.... so I think it best to take the week off and re-do week 6.....? Is that right? Any suggestions/tips anyone? Thanks 😤👍

I would rest up till I felt like going out again, but if week 6 was okay when you did it just give the first w7 run a go once you feel better.

Definitely wait till you feel more like yourself. Then I would try 8:1, but in a spirit of exploration rather than full on. A week out often means you come back stronger, and you may surprise yourself ! Keep up those fluids, and look after yourself x
