My running buddy is ready to run again after bashing his toe up on the trampoline, so rather than finish C25K without him I’m going back to week 7 so we finish together. So near but yet so far!
Having said that I bizarrely rubbed up a blister on the arch of my foot today, even though I wore the same trainers as always, so maybe a shorter run next time is a good thing 😕

That’s a shame, but it’s all running now so the extra practice will probably be a bit like consolidation and by the time you get to 9/3 you’ll smash it. Good luck to you both
Thanks, he’s my 14 year old son, and has been cycling along with me while his toe was too sore to run, so I’m repaying the favour 🥰
Well done on 9/2 and good to hear your boy is fit to run again! All that extra practice stepping back to 7 with your boy, you will be a pro when you both get to graduate! It’s nice that you are both there to support each other!
That’s a really nice thing to do, good for you! I hope you’ll find that doing half a dozen ‘repeat’ runs, the pressure will be off for you and you can really enjoy it....and you’ll still graduate in June 😀
