Hi. I’m Imaginerunning. I completed week 9 run 3 on 22nd October. I’ve done 8 consolidation runs of thirty minutes or more since then. Feel I deserve my badge now!
Hi my username is Brook75 and I’m just back from my graduation run 😁 So happy!! Thank you to everyone on here for the support and sharing experiences that have helped me along the way.
Hi, I'm Beginner333 and I just completed the third run of week 9. Really pleased. Not up to the full 5k yet but doing 4k and am pleased with that. Plan to build up to 5k next! The support on here has been fantastic and got me through having failed before when I have tried the programme. Thank you everyone!
I have completed 3 runs of 30 minutes. The first two were running for the warm down 5 minutes after two of the 25 minute runs and the last was 9.3. I was very fit before starting the program, just not a runner. I have gps logs of the 3 runs so can confirm if required.
Good morning, rpmspeed74 here, I completed W9R3 a couple of weeks ago and currently consolidating my runs still running 3 to 4 times weekly up to 45min runs. Hoping to have a crack outdoors at a park run soon.
Hi Realfoodieclub. Nonrunner19 reporting in for my Graduate badge having completed the programme today. I’m so buzzing to have done it and I feel great! Thanks for this forum, it’s been a huge help. 👍🏻
Hi 3rd run this morning actually the slowest and shortest distance of the 3 but probably because I decided for reasons unknown to run up a massive hill at the beginning that took about 8 minutes.
Hello, I'm emily100 and I completed W9R3 on 1 December 2018 and looking forward to consolidating for the remainder of the year before venturing a little further. Thank you!
Hi, i’m empowl and I completed my first ever 5k Park Run on Saturday 1st December in a 35:55 minutes, and have just done my W9R3. Great programme and looking forward to the rest of my running journey ahead!
Hi my username is Bonbon99 - me and the OM graduated yesterday - after being told I'd never run again following knee surgery I feel a great sense of achievement - its been hardwork and hot (live in Muscat)! Back to England for xmas and hope to do some park runs to keep up the momentum.
Congratulations and well done. It so good to hear your story take it steady and keep with the slow increases as you progress to keep protecting that knee.
my username is mitton88graduate (because I didn't know how to add the badge before) I graduated in November but have only just seen how to do this. also if you could make it so in can change my username back to just mitton88 with my graduate badge that would be just great!!
Just to say I went and graduated today with my final 30 min run. I will be consolidating this with my first park run on 22 December. Never thought this would be possible but by following the programme I did it!!
I’ve just done it! Completed the last run if week 9. I managed to run for 37mins as was determined to actually cover 5K distance as well. Woo hoo! Very pleased
Hi I’m LostRunner and I did my W9R3 run today on my birthday. Best birthday present ever! Couldn’t have done it without this awesome programme and the support on this board!!
Hello, I completed my fourth 30 minute run this morning, having started the programme in September. Never dreamt I’d be running again at the age of 65. My user name is Furball.
Hi. I am 'Struggling Runner'. After a couple of hiccups along the way I completed my final W9 run on Saturday! I never thought I would be able to do it but I did and I know I can carry on. Thank you everybody for your support when I needed it.
Hi my user name is jawscityfc. Graduated Monday 10/12. Used to run when I was younger but life got busy. Got to 50 and thought lets get fitter this program is so well thought out and has got me from c25k in 9 weeks injury free thanks for all the fellow runners for there wise advice and encouragment happy running 😁
I think I must be being silly - but I can’t see whether I have a badge yet. What am I looking for? In the six weeks since I did my graduation run, I have repeated it 5 times - a bit of a lapse over Christmas - the last time being today and despite the lapsing, I had a quicker overall speed than for ages and second best ever. There’s hope for me yet! But knowing I have The Badge would be the icing on the cake 🧁 😉
Hi there, it is there next to your name, it is a little grey box with graduate written in it. Unfortunately it doesn’t show on the app but click on here and then scroll down and you should be able to see it.
I DID IT!!! Completed W9R3 this morning this morning and still can't believe it! Thank you for all the support and advice fellow runners have posted on these forums, it's been invaluable. Hooray!
Hi, I'm Holly1967 and I completed C25K two days ago, feeling really pleased with myself. Thank you to everyone on here, reading some of the comments has defiantly been an encouragement.
Hi Steamer 33 here, took a bit longer than I thought, thanks to having to rest a nagging achilles for 10 days between weeks 8 and 9, but just completed W9 R3. And feel really good. Going to treat myself to new running shoes for Christmas! Seasons greetings to all
Hi I completed W9R3 on the 8 Dec. I ran 3k in 35 mins at my first Parkrun. It’s been a fantastic programme to follow and I can’t believe I can actually run for 30 mins. Now need to keep it up.
Hello!!! I've just completed week 9 run 3 this morning in a misty and chilly south west France...woohooooooooo!! Could I please have my badge??!! I have been a lurker on here so not commented before but I just wanted to say the support and advice is utterly brilliant and has made the difference to me finishing this rather than giving up when things got tough, so thank you to everybody, you are all wonderful! xxxx
Hi, I completed W9R3 on 11th December. I am a newbie to the site and didn't realise I had to notify you to receive my Graduation badge. I am going to carry on repeating week 9 until I hopefully find it easier to run - then will try to progress from there. Onwards and upwards 60yearsyoung
Trobo29 completed W9R3 on Monday 10th December. Had a few days off due to festivities, but heading out today for a nice run (got to pick my car up from last night 😂)
HI. I did it. W9 R3. Amazed. Ran, well jogged, 30 minutes. I am seriously proud that not once did I stop running in the 27 runs until Laura told me to. Fabulous running program. Many thanks to the forum too xx
I’ve downloaded the certificate and shrunk it to a fridge magnet to match my RaceAtYourPace ones and Slimming world certificates, it’s getting a bit full 💪🏃♂️🥇🦸🏼♂️
Hi. I’ve completed Couch to 5k this term, am working through the consolidating podcasts and did my first park run this Saturday, all down to a good friend, a fantastic little group at a local church and the handy app. We’re aiming for 5-10k next term!
Hi Realfoodieclub, I finished W9R3 on the 18th December (yesterday!) and would dearly love to receive my badge! Apologies if you have received this request twice - i’m Super keen! Can’t believe i’ve done this at the age of 71 - I think C25K is brilliant - thank you!
Hi Realfoodieclub. I finished the W9 series of runs of the C25K program just this afternoon (19 December) after a couple weeks hiccup arising from a self-inflicted injury. Would love to receive my badge.
ozinecosse here, I completed W9R3 on December 9th and have continued running 3 times a week since. I'm hooked! Thank you so much for this fantastic app and all the support from this community.
Hi. My user name is Jules1105. I completed W9R3 a couple of weeks ago and now run 5k in 38mins. Amazing that I couldn’t run for 60 secs at the beginning of October! 😊
I am just back from finishing my third 30-minute run! I am really pleased, as it has been very stop-start for me (I first tried to follow the programme over five years ago...). But this time I have done it, and now I feel great! I hope to start doing ParkRuns in the New Year.
Hi gogillygo here, completed w9r3 on 10 Nov, have extended my runs a bit since, so now doing 5k, 🙂. Love this programme, which I took really slowly - from June. Along with dietary changes it has helped me to lose 3 stone over this time.
I completed Wk9 R3 this morning in the pouring rain with a PB time to boot! Cannot believe it! If someone had told me I could run 5k 9 weeks ago I would have laughed in their face! Thank you so much for all your support - it’s been amazing! Glowing with pride!

Morning and Merry Christmas!. I don't know if I'm leaving my comment in the right section/spot, but here goes. I did my final training Week 9 run 3 today!! I'm an official Graduate now? Or do I have to wait for my badge? Really excited 😁😁😁
I completed what I classify as my final run this morning although I have run for more than 30 minutes continuously more than three times ... but now feel worthy to call myself a graduate!! 😀
Hi. My username is Kazfred. I completed W9R3 a few weeks ago but have only just worked out how to apply to be a graduate! Have done several 5k runs since but lapsed over Xmas. First goal now is to run 5k in 30 minutes ...
Had graduated last year but due to sciatica stopped running & restarted C25K 2 months ago. Happy to say completed & has not stirred the back pain .. in fact feels good ! 😃
Hi Maisiek here: I graduated with another App (downloaded in error and not nearly as good as this one), so wanted to do the last week here before feeling I could claim to be a graduate. Did first parkrun: hard! But I will persevere ; thank you- especially gorgeous Michael Johnson!!
grey55 actually completed 2 months ago but didnt feel i had really got there until now when 30 mins running slow i can do without always feeling tired...now using c25k+podcasts and plan park run in new year ...feels surreal that i have done this!
Rhedeg - finished today covering 4.7 km in my final run (without warm up/down) so proud of myself. Thank you so much for the advice and special thanks to my main man sanjeev if he ever reads this.
Hi all, I’m not sure if I’ve already sent this message or not but I completed W9R3 before Christmas. Please could I have my graduation badge? It means a lot!
Thank you everyone for all your support! And Happy New Year!
Hi, my username is Andy14st9lbs, I completed C25K this morning with my third 30 minute run of Week 9, thanks for all the help and support, it's been appreciated.
Now on with the consolidation runs and then hopefully onto a 10K plan.
I joined just to get my badge! Username is RunCoder. Started in September and almost completed in the 9 weeks but then got a bad cold that put a stop to the running for a while...then it took some effort to get the motivation back. Finally completed the third full 30 mins on New Year Eve. I'm on to CouchTo5K+ podcasts now.
Hi I’m SallyJ10 and have completed wk9 run 3 (about 6 times as I love the podcast so much!!). Hoping to keep up the good work in 2019 and beyond! Thanks
Hello, my username is Chesterini, I ran my last run of week 9 on 28th December - really enjoyed it and glad I could complete but sometimes I only reach 4K. Still running for 30 mins 3 times a week and hoping to gradually improve on distance! Thank you 🏃♂️🐌
Congratulations and well done. As we don’t allow under 16’s on the forum I can make you up a personal certificate for your son with his name on if you like. Just message me with some of his favourite things and name and an email address that I can send the jpeg too, if you think it is somethingg he would like.
Hi my name is bacon sandwich and I complete on 19 December but I have been ill over Christmas with flu and Havant been out since. So I think I wil have to see how far I can run today. Hope it’s not to hard. Fingers crossed
Hi, my name is Mercmancouchto5k, and I completed week 9 run 3 today. I have completed all the 3 runs now for each of the nine weeks. Please send me my NHS Couch to 5K certificate. Thank you.
Don’t, it is different for each device . If you are on a laptop or desktop it is right click on the mouse when over the certificate and copy and paste if you are on a Mobile, or iPad. It is hold your finger on the image until it says save image or download depending on device. Hope that helps.
I had a senior moment and unfollowed the community after I graduated on Christmas Eve! Is it possible to get my graduate status back please? Will try to be more sensible online in future. Thankyou.
Hi. My Graduate badge appears to have disappeared, possibly because I accidentally deleted the group before rejoining. I’m finding life hardly worth living without my badge! Cheers.
Just graduated this morning, great support throughout the programme, thanks team. Looking forward to doing consolidation runs and being part of the group too. Please can I have my badge? Thanks 👍🏻
Hi there, Congratulations and well done here is the link for your badge. This was last years post and I am not able to award badges but IannodaTruffe will sort your badge out for you
