I did it and it's the best I can say. My dog had terrible disobedient mood and made it a small hell for me. But I did it.

Next run probably on Monday in Poland on tiny village roads and paths. I hope I will make it happen.

Big congratulations! I could not run (and write) earlier today...

But you did it! You did it! That's fantastic! 👍

Thank you. My only success today is that I was out there, moving, and keeping the promise. Running 3x a week, even if only a bit. I may be going back to W6/7 of C25K, as my times and distances are well... less than expected. I am not proud or happy.

But I'm proud of you!

You could stay home. You could go back to the couch. But you fight! And you win!

Less is sometimes more! You do not have to run long or too long.

But you did not give up. You're still running. It was difficult for me today too. I was running in the dark. But you know what? We did not give up.

We run 3 times a week. Be proud of yourself! Really!

And thanks for today's our run again! :-)

This week was better than previous :) Last week I ran 2 times, this week I ran 3 times. 3x almost 20 min is in total almost 1 hour. It is 1 hour more than nothing.

I still don't feel proud, but I don't feel I failed myself, as I didn't give up.

I will try do better next time. Even though I will be running in cold weather (-3oC there vs about 10oC here today), after huge Christmas-like family dinner.

I can not run with a full stomach. In the morning I run without breakfast. When I break it, I feel like I'm pulling stones in my stomach.

I could not run without headphones too.

So you see how it's relative...

Without headphones and with breakfast I would not even run out. :-)

Hi IgaT, hope you have a safe trip and wonderful time in Poland. Yes this will be a challenge for you , but all you need to do is read your support on here and prove to yourself and us you can do a run over there 🥶😁👍🏻 But you know what, if you don’t do it- the runs will be here when you get back and a new year will be waiting to inspire you 💫 🤩
