The 20 Min one!!!

I had an awful nights sleep, I kept walking up looking to see if it had snowed because I didn’t want to not be able to do this one.

I went out at 5:30, it’s cold and icy today so be careful!!

Did the five min warm up and just kept saying you have got this too myself!!

And guess what, I did have this.. I actually felt like I could of gone further and felt a little sad that I had to stop running.. even in my russelly crisp packet sweat box running jacket, I felt fine.

It wasn’t quick, mainly because I was looking where my feet were going as it’s icy but it’s done.

Thanks for all the tips and advice on this one guys and gals. ✅

Fantastic!! I did it the other night too, just kept putting one foot in front of the other and couldn’t believe it!! You were brave to go out in the ice too!! Onwards and upwards 😄

Well done - I know just how cold it was with being out at 3am. I'm looking forward to this run ☺

Well done for your dedication to getting out there this morning. Sounds like a kid on Xmas eve waking up to see if it's snowed! (In reverse). We all knew you could do it!

Don’t be, it’s better than you think. It really is a mental hurdle rather than a physical one x

Well done on your run Sazzles9 when I used to do the big runs ie 20 min if I felt good I would do 25 in preparation for the 25min runs and so on when I was running 25 minutes I would run 28 minutes for the next week lol if it makes any sense but only if I felt good 👍

Good news, well done! Take it slowly on the next one as it can catch people out 👍😁
