Was dreading the 3 min runs today. I did it! The last one was a struggle to reach the end but I feel good now. Did less distance this time which I found strange when having the longer runs.
But roll on run 2 starting to enjoy the runs and look forward to the next one.

Iran w3r1 this morning, and felt today's session was shorter in time than last week, so I did a very gentle jog back to my starting point at the end of the session (I run a couple of laps of the village common and found I was quite a way short of my normal finish point)
I felt the same and today I've just done week 6, run 1. I found the timings odd but i think its a deliberate step in the app. Sometimes a bit quicker, sometimes a bit longer. I think they build the stamina first then work on the distance and speed. Well done though.... feeling fab i bet
