So the other morning, 6.30am it’s a bit windy and drizzly, I’m leaving the house in my running gear for the next run. Neighbour across the road is sitting on her doorstep in her dressing gown, smoking a cigarette and appears to be coughing up a lung between drags. “You must be f*in mental” she croaked at me between coughs and drags on her fag. Yes yes, I’m the weird one in this little scene. Jolly good.

It’s hard to think that that was me in June! Maybe your neighbour will change her perspective at some point. I’ve yet to meet a smoker who doesn’t wish they weren’t addicted.
