Now that I have finished the programme and going through a period of consolidation I am finding it tough without a coach giving me time nudges. I have re run W9R3 but wondered if there was a good app out there that would enable me to set up my own run intervals reminders ie telling me 5/10mins, halfway 2 mins to go etc. Anyone come across this?

I'd suggest investing a (2nd hand?) Garmin running watch - which can be programmed to buzz at your hearts content.

Nike run club, Strava and several other apps. Nike one even has coaching. Or a running watch.
You can download the 5k plus podcasts, there is three- stepping stone, stamina and speed. They have Laura's voice and some music, they're free and I've found them quite helpful
