Hey folks I did it yet again and completed 5 km for my graduation run, so now to stick with it and not let it slip...... beautiful morning out there, as a lot of people have said when you start it’s hard to believe it can be achieved..... have lost 1 st too with healthy eating but the running has helped me think healthier......
