Having been beset by illness, it has taken me ages to complete C25K again this time but I finally did my graduation run yesterday. Hoorah! I have ordered myself a couple of graduate T Shirts to celebrate my achievement.

well done you, its not easy doing it for the second time. I'm afraid I've fallen by the wayside big time and haven't managed a run outside since I had a chest infection way back in October, over 4 months now. So when I do get back out there it will be a big shock to my system. Treadmill running isn't the same for me although I am up to about 10 minutes these days.

Keep up the good work and wishing you good health for 2014 with loads of happy running. :)

Thanks. I went back to the beginning after a slipped disc, but it's taken me months to complete it this time! Am really hoping that I can keep going now.

I redid C25K after suffering severe sciatica 2 years ago. I have had odd injuries since but managed to keep running. Sadly the chest infection was a bad one and asthma didn't help. I keep saying "todays the day for outside" but up here the weather just now is so darn cold. I hope things go well, have you considered doing pilates to help strengthen your body core, its a very good exercise but you need to be guided by a good instructor.

Well done and congratulations. I admire the effort and motivation after injury to do it again:-)
