Graduated (again!)

Last Tuesday I did my final run of Week 9. So pleased that I decided to give Couch to 5k another try after far too long on the couch. I've done a few runs since and I'm determined to keep it up, and have made a resolution to get back to Parkrun at least once before the new year.

I haven't posted much on here this time around but I have been lurking and have found reading everyone's posts very inspiring.

Well done you. I'm on week 3 run 2 again. I think this might be third or fourth time I've redone the program. It's always been after an injury and time out for rest of the couch. I still love restarting. This time it was a hamstring injury.
