Last of the runs with walks! Pah! Who needs walks?? I’m a runner right?? I’m feeling good and trust the programme... but it will seem very strange without given walks to catch my breath... cant believe six weeks have gone already.. well chuffed!

Brilliant well done. You don't need walks! Keep it slow and steady and you can always run slower to get your breath back then off you go again. Your a runner now!!
