Just back from w1r3, I did it!! Even more surprising I actually felt I could jog a few seconds more after each of the 60sec runs. Feeling quite pleased with myself right now 😊

Out again today in the pouring rain ! It wasn’t great but it was better than the rest of the week, so onward and upward !
