Well done on completing the run! I’m on w6r2 and they have all been outdoors. I don’t think that speed is important at this stage as long as you are able to do the runs... slow and steady is the way forward and if you tire then just go slower... I can imagine on a treadmill that it is tempting to push the numbers higher!!
Ok... you should be running at your comfortable pace... if both feet were off the ground in the stride, that’s fast enough! Your comfortable (conversational) pace will improve as you progress, but there’s no schedule. Just complete the runs, like you are doing. Great job getting on the treadmill.
