Graduated!

Nearly didn’t go today because it was so frosty here - but I did it and it feels great. I’ll enjoy the achievement for now but then comes the challenge of keeping it going. Any tips?

I have a plan on the go all the time which forces me out. If it’s on the plan it gets done Just do it ✅. It’s a mantra 💪. Thinking about the run can be off-putting so I don’t think about it 😎

You very quickly get acclimatised to cold weather. It’s quite amazing 👍

Congratulations Blue53 - I graduated last week and I have just stuck to my thrice weekly schedule and am thinking about a park run, but I know what you mean........it's as if the plan has ended and it's like a full stop...........but it isn't
