Nearly didn’t go today because it was so frosty here - but I did it and it feels great. I’ll enjoy the achievement for now but then comes the challenge of keeping it going. Any tips?

I have a plan on the go all the time which forces me out. If it’s on the plan it gets done Just do it ✅. It’s a mantra 💪. Thinking about the run can be off-putting so I don’t think about it 😎
You very quickly get acclimatised to cold weather. It’s quite amazing 👍
Set goals... keep them achieve but challenging and you’ll have motivation. Congratulations on your achievement. Enjoy celebrating and consolidating your new fitness and running level.
