Woohoo I completed c25k !Wk9r3 was the slowest of the week but I just wanted to make sure I actually completed it I had to chant 'dont stop running or you'll have to repeat the run' all the way through but overall it was an easy run today.

I'm feeling a bit underwhelmed at the moment. I kinda expected fireworks and the press to jump out of a bush and interview me. Instead I punched the air and squealed and it echoed round the forest. That was it.

My next aim is to run 5k then improve my time. Event wise I have a fun 3km in 4 weeks. Then the rest of the year is a mud run, 2 x5km, 3 x10km, a marathon and 10 virtual 5km races. Oh and a tandem skydive and an abseil. Im having a midlife crisis this year lol
