Was worried about run 3 week 5 but you all assured me u could do it so off I went to the gym with confidence.. was struggling about 9 mins in and flapping about a bit I guess as I accidentally pulled the emergency stop cord out 😱. Got it going again after about 30 seconds and added 2 mins on to the end of my run but didn’t feel that I had really achieved it so repeated it this morning and I DID IT! I seem to struggle for first 5-7 mins then it gets easier and at the end I could’ve kept going 😀. Have faith this really works and you can do it (even with a cold 🤧)

Great job. Hopefully these 2 runs had a rest day between them. Enjoy week 6, slow and steady into the intervals

Yep I had my usual rest day in between 😀 just felt I needed to repeat it to complete it properly before I moved on.

Fair play... good job, I don’t think the last treadmill I was on had an emergency stop, we just got thrown off the back 😂
