Week 9, Run1. There I was motoring along when finally Laura tells me there’s only 5 minutes left! I can do it. Then the phone rang...they can wait...switched to message bank and kept on shuffling. Laura, Laura please tell me there’s only one minute left....Finally I hear “well done, that’s 20 minutes. Just 10 minutes to go”...whaaaatttt. Seems I rewound the podcast when I sent the call off. And, no, I didn’t run another 10 minutes. I’m pretty sure I completed the full 30 minutes, quite possibly a couple of minutes longer. Nowhere near 5K yet but I have a car for that sort of distance!

😂 good run... you must have run 30 or very close. 5k will come later, it’s fun to go and catch it and then reel it in towards 30 minutes... but right now it’s about 2 more runs to that podium... love them both... and divert your phone to voicemail!
