Stupid stupid mistake! Can I miss out a run?????

So I set off on w6r2 (or so I thought....) and it was going great. Felt really easy, but the music on the podcast sounded a bit familiar. Started to suspect, when half way through an unexpected 8 min run, that I was on the wrong podcast. But I kept going.... sure enough at the end I had just re-done r1!!!!! Aaaaarrgghhhh! Would it be terrible if I went onto r3 now? In my defence, in both of my r1s I replaced the final 5 min run and 5 min walk with a 10 min run. So that's not too different from r2 right????

Well, do it at your peril, but I'm sure the judges who hand out the graduation badges will make a note of this protocol breach. Who knows? You might get to week 9 only to find that you can't get the coveted badge....

Just kidding!

Aaarrrggghhh!! Exactly the sort of thing I was worrying about, plus a secret fear that I would just grind to a halt mid-run because I had dared to veer from the plan's magic! 🙈

There was I in awe of you the other day when you ran for 10 minutes at the end (downhill or not). I might have struggled a little with my two ten minute runs today but at least I did the right run! :-) :-)

(The music is similar though, even on run 2!)
