I graduated in the summer - and was really amazed and delighted to do so. Unfortunately life got in the way and I have had nearly three months of not running... Anyway, long story short, I’ve started again. In my first run back I thought I’d go back to week 4 and see how I got on. It was surprisingly ok. On my second run I kept going and found I could run for 30 mins... It was incredibly slow but I could do it. Two weeks later I am pretty much back to running the distance I was doing before in 30 mins. It’s not at all fast, and it’s not 5k, but I can do it!!

The real point of my rambling is this - that this programme is so, so clever. If I can pick it up again relatively easily after a break, it really shows how well it ‘trains’ you.

Thank you C25K!

Thanks Claire, it's great that you were able to get started again like that. I'm looking forward to being able to get out with others when I am able to do 30 mins. It really is a great program
