Service Back to Normal.

I must admit Monday's run proved to be a lot tougher than I thought, my legs kept telling & reminding me for the next couple of days.. :-( , didn't really help that I forgot to do my warm down stretches either.

So yesterday was my 2nd run after a few months out... How did it go? Well it felt like I never left. I took the approach to add 5 mins more running time than Monday and this time I did the full 30 mins and also just about got the 5K in :-) :-)

I guess it's Service Back to Normal..!!

Looking at those stats makes me really envious! 30 minutes and 3.3km is my best.

Well done. I didn't get to do my Friday Run today so will be having 3 day break till Sunday. Don't like having to break my routine, Had 3 day break before where I at least was on a par with previous run so hope OK!

I find now that doing constant 5k + runs, it's better to rest longer.

Well done Saul.. guess that cycling was keeping you fit and once your legs had moaned and groaned at you a bit, they settled down and remembered the drill 😊

Bet you feel great to get straight back to it too...

I think your right on this one. Let's see how Monday turns out. Plan is twice a week with a steady increase in time/distance. Then hopefully start running home from work, while there is still sunlight.
