Morning all. Hope you are all having a good one regardless if you are running or not.

Myself, I took Dave with me this morning for a run. Was not sure what I wanted to do really so I just hit the the tunes and started running and see where it got me. By the time I hit 25 mins I had run up a long gradual incline (yes we do have them in norfolk) and that pretty much bushed me, so I went to walking for a few mins before starting to run again.

As the pic shows, I ended up covering just over 6k in close to 50 mins. I was not going very fast as I just wanted to keep running for as long as I could and not worry about the distance to much. So I am happy with this. The stamina pod cast has been a great help with this run today.

As a runner, I think I am mostly likely the type that can keep plodding along till the cows come home. I'm not built for speed although I know I can hammer home a 5k in 30 mins. But I prefer this long and slow approach.

Happy running people. And have a good one.
