Core, I did need that, maybe I started off a bit quick, half way through I did slow down... I also kept thinking I was gonna stop any second, but I carried on...
Can't believe there's only 4 runs left on this... That's nuts.
Yesterday we woke up in the middle of the Brighton 10k race. As in our van was parked on the sea front the night before and it happened around us. It was a hell of a buzzing atmosphere. I'm so tempted to go for it next year, do you think that possible? Don't wanna get ahead of self.
Anyway cheers

Course it’s possible - you’re almost half way there already and you’ve a year to train in. Apply now ! You know we’re all going to be right behind you x
10k? You can cover that distance in a few weeks after some consolidation work after graduation. Next year? You’ll be more than ready, you’ll have lots of 10k runs under your belt by then.
I’m at the same place as you and I’ve found that it’s becoming a bit more of a mental effort than physical now. Promising myself I’ll just run halfway, then till the end of a track I’m listening to helps me keep going. You couldn’t do what you’re doing now eight weeks ago so who’s to say you can’t do 10k next year!
