And another completed. The podium is getting closer :)

Including the 10 mins' walk I did 3 miles in 38 mins, which is 4.8km. Assuming the walking was running, that's looking like a respectable notional time for 5k. Now, I find that hard to believe as I'm sure I'm running very slowly. Maybe my tracker has a fault?? Take care.

It’s not a problem right now as the key thing is you’re running good distances at a good pace. You’ll find out soon enough if your tracker is faulty.

Well done!

Sounds about right to me... anyway who cares... you’re smashing this, that’s what matters. 4 to go, and you’ll feel even more of the post run buzz than ever before. Well done again, you’ve got this, keep rocking it.

Thanks. You're right, I don't care and I've always said duration, not distance, is key. But, a little bit of me was curious, hence a little stat sneaked in :)

Just carry on to the podium and do those 30 minute runs... that is all you need :)

Spot on! Managing 30 mins x3 next week is all I'm interested in, regardless of distance.

Well done Antonioa. Only 4 more runs to graduation!!!

I was getting similar stats for my w8 runs this week. Tonight I just tracked my run and not the walking and found I am running 3.6k. Which is amazing!

The podium is beckoning you. You are doing great. I don’t think there’s anything wrong in a bit of curiosity about stats 😁. The main thing is the length of time out running and you are well set for the 30 min runs. You are smashing it 🤛🤜

Cheers. So long as curiosity doesn't kill the cat (runner)!!
