4.2 km tonight including the warm up/warm down walks, I can smell that 5K

1 more to go before week 5 starts to switch things up a bit

But I can do this... I CAN DO THIS!

Yep! Me! I wouldn’t have believed it either a month ago, even less so a year ago.

Don't worry too much about 5K (running distance) - just keep steadily following the programme. The real aim is 30 minutes, not 5K. The idea is that if you can run (jog) continuously for 30 minutes then you can keep going to reach 5K in whatever time it takes you. It could be some time longer before you can do 5K in 30 minutes (I'm not doing it yet, and don't really expect to for some time).
