I really didn't believe I was going to manage the dreaded w5r3 until I hit the 8 minute mark. Now feel on top of the world. Anyone else approaching this milestone, have faith. I am a fat and lazy 60 year old who has never run this long in her whole life before. The body can do it, it is just the mind that needs convincing.

Congratulations on completing W5R3 of C25K with that 20 minute run, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs. 🏃 😊
Great job... I’d say you were a fat and lazy 60 year old... now you’re a 60 year old runner who’s losing weight! Enjoy week 6... keep the pace down in the intervals.

Let us know how you get on Loops. You most definitely CAN do it!!! If you have got this far you are doing amazingly well and can go the distance.
I also completed the same run this morning. Still can’t believe it as well. Never run/jogged this constantly in all my 44 years. Looking forward to the rest. Will done
