That's week 7 in the bag, wow. Really enjoyed that run, it's the first "long" run I've done and not struggled till half way through, and I proper went for it for the last 60secs.
This is also the first time I used a tracker app, it said I did 4k, this included the warm up and warm down walks. Do people start it after the walk, how do you that with out falling over?
Anyway really enjoying this, and surprisingly I feel really good.
I also really enjoying autumn this year, normally it scares the crap out of me with the longer dark nights but I'm loving the colours of the trees and being outside. It's making me go out in the day time, as it's night when I work.
Anyway
Big love

Yessss! Awesome work Dooze! That’s week 7 ticked off!... super sprinting at the end! 🙌
I totally agree... This Autumn has been great! I’m enjoying being out in the fresh air! Soaking up all the colours & beautiful sky’s, it’s been a real treat! ... I hope winter is as kind 🤞😬❄️
I tend to start my tracker after the warm up & before the cool down, gotta admit... I messed up a couple of times, but got the hang of it now 😆
Yay well done, that’s another week gone 🎉it’s scary how fast the weeks are going I’ve got that run tomorrow I track the warm up and cool down, as long as your consistent with when you start/stop it, it’s easy to compare runs! I hope week 8 treats you well 😊
Great run. Track which bits you like... I did just the runs, others do the whole lot... it will only matter if you’re following a plan in distance really. Have a great week 8
I am doing this run tomorrow, always feel that I just can’t do it in the middle, but just I just try and zone out and crack on, it’s blinking hard though, don’t know if I’ll make 5k, but one day at a time. Good luck with w8!! Well done 👍🏻
I found this one a little bit better than the one before.been reading a few people who have finished this and haven't run 5k yet, but I couldn't run for one minute let alone 25... I've now done that four times. The nuts be is I was so worried about it, but not it seems like the right thing. Slow and steady innit
