Took the new shoes out for their first 5k. And I new PB.

I'm using a new music app called PaceDJ. Pretty good. It matched my tunes to my pace and really help me settle into a good rhythm. Its also free, at the moment, so well worth the effort.

It's also the first time I've not been overly conscious about my breathing. Had a great run in the warm weather and even managed to keep the flies off.

Congratulations. Your Personal Bests don't have time to get old ;) . It is nice to know that such fast progress is possible. Good luck Kasmcc100 :) .

Well done on a new PB! That app sounds interesting, might have to check it out after I graduate.
